Refund policy

    All products purchased through our website are
    made-to-order, therefore returns and refunds are not accepted under any circumstances.

    By placing an order, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that all items are custom-produced and are not eligible for return or refund.


    Exchange Policy

    Customers are entitled to one (1) exchange only.

    To request an exchange, you must send an email to support@glambils.ae including your order number and reason for exchange.

    Products sent without prior email confirmation will not be processed.


    Exchange Conditions

    To be eligible for exchange:

    • The product must be unused
    • The original tags must be attached
    • The product must not be damaged
    • The product must be free from perfume, deodorant, or any scent

    Products that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.


    Shipping Costs

    All shipping costs related to exchange are the responsibility of the customer, including:

    • Return shipment to us
    • Re-delivery of the exchanged item

    Non-Exchangeable Items

    The following items are not eligible for exchange:

    • Discounted or promotional items
    • Gift items
    • Sets (must be returned as a complete set)

    Shipping Responsibility

    The customer is responsible for the product until it is delivered back to us.

    GLAMBILS is not responsible for:

    • Lost shipments
    • Damaged returns

    Custom-Made Products

    For fully custom-made or altered products:

    • No returns
    • No exchanges

    Order & Production Process

    Orders enter production within 1–10 business days.

    Once payment is completed, the order enters production and cannot be canceled.
